POMODORI
Available only from June to October, the signature "Spaghetti 8 Pomodori" is a testament to the simplicity, depth and variety of the tomato. It is a culinary journey that begins with the selection of eight varieties of tomatoes, each with its own characteristics, that are prepared using a wide range of different techniques. The tomatoes are picked from our own garden in collaboration with the social cooperative L'Orto Giusto. In its apparent simplicity, the dish reveals flavors, textures, and aromas that embodies Scirocco's philosophy towards organic and sustainable cuisine deeply rooted in local, ancient culture.

FARM TO TABLE
LA ROQQA is proud to partner with L'Orto Giusto, meaning "The Fair Garden" - a social cooperative and agriculture project that employs people with disabilities. L'Orto Giusto have constructed our garden and are helping us harvest our organic vegetables. Executive Chef Francesco Ferretti supervises every step of the journey, all the way from sowing to the dining table.
Guests can also participate in harvesting and cooking activities, making their stay a unique and enriching experience.
