POMODORI

Available from June to October, the iconic "Spaghetti 8 Pomodori" is a celebration of the simplicity, depth, and variety of the tomato. A culinary journey that begins with the selection of eight tomato varieties, each with its own unique characteristics, prepared using different techniques. The tomatoes are sourced from our garden, in collaboration with the social cooperative L'Orto Giusto. In its apparent simplicity, the dish reveals flavors, textures, and aromas that embody Scirocco's philosophy of organic and sustainable cuisine, deeply rooted in local and ancient traditions.

These dishes are paired with local Tuscan wines, a wide selection of sparkling wines, cocktails, and our special Spritz menu.

FARM TO TABLE

LA ROQQA is proud to collaborate with L'Orto Giusto, a social cooperative and agricultural project that employs people with disabilities. L'Orto Giusto built our garden and is helping us harvest organic vegetables. Executive Chef Francesco Ferretti oversees every step of the process, from planting to table.

Guests can also participate in harvesting and cooking activities, making their stay a unique and enriching experience.

A Christmas treat like no other, this limited edition creation by chef Francesco Ferretti captures the essence of Mediterranean summer within a beloved Italian tradition. This unique recipe brings together the delicate sweetness of tomatoes hand-candied in the kitchen of Scirocco and the fruity notes of raspberry chocolate, adding a surprising twist to a festive classic. Made with organic tomatoes from L'Orto Giusto, it’s available in 1 kg packages for €45.
