DINE BY THE WATER
A fresh and colorful menu, primarily based on locally sourced fish, a selection of raw dishes, and organic, seasonal ingredients, as well as a BBQ with options for meat, fish, and vegetables. The pieds dans l'eau dining experience by Executive Chef Francesco Ferretti, accompanied by local wines or sparkling wines, is always served with a sea view.

The scents of the Mediterranean flowers are carried by the wind and the colors of the sea are reflected in the signature cocktails created by the Head Mixologist, to be enjoyed under the shade of umbrellas on the terrace or in the comfortable seating of the cool lounge in the garden.
